Le texte qui suit dit exactement ce que nous en faisons, qui peut le voir, et comment tout effacer. L'essentiel d'abord : l'application ne contient ni publicité, ni outil de mesure d'audience, ni traceur, et nous ne vendons rien.

Sur votre téléphone, l'application garde : les messages et les Bibles que vous avez téléchargés, vos positions d'écoute, vos éléments enregistrés, votre progression dans les plans, les dévotions lues, les capsules vues, vos dernières lectures bibliques, votre langue et votre thème, et, si les rapports de plantage sont activés, un rapport qui n'a pas encore pu partir. Votre session de connexion est dans le stockage sécurisé du téléphone. Quand vous êtes connecté, vos éléments enregistrés, vos positions d'écoute, votre progression, vos dévotions lues et vos préférences de notification sont aussi copiés sur votre compte, pour vous suivre sur un autre téléphone. Désinstaller l'application efface ce qui est sur le téléphone ; sur iPhone, iOS peut toutefois conserver la session dans son trousseau.
L'application ne demande que trois autorisations : les notifications ; vos photos, pour choisir une photo de profil ; et votre agenda — quand vous touchez « Me rappeler » sur un événement, elle y ajoute cet événement, et ne lit jamais ce qui s'y trouve déjà. Elle ne demande jamais votre position, vos contacts, votre appareil photo ni votre micro.
Une église ne fait pas tourner ses propres serveurs. Voici les seules sociétés qui reçoivent quoi que ce soit, et ce que chacune reçoit.

Une demande d'adhésion à REPAR est conservée tant que vous faites partie du réseau, et effacée quand vous le quittez.
Quand vous supprimez votre compte, presque tout part avec lui, immédiatement et sans délai de grâce.
Quand vous supprimez votre compte, ceci reste, sans lien avec votre compte :
Votre numéro de téléphone et votre adresse e-mail sont retirés de la demande REPAR ; elle garde le reste de ce que vous y avez donné. Les e-mails déjà envoyés gardent votre nom et votre adresse jusqu'à leur effacement. Les autres éléments ne sont plus rattachés à votre compte.
Elles sont effacées avec votre compte, y compris celles que l'équipe pastorale a déjà lues. L'église perd le souvenir de ce pour quoi elle a prié ; nous avons jugé que ce que vous avez écrit sur votre propre vie vous appartient davantage.
Profil → Modifier mon profil. Votre prénom, votre nom, votre téléphone et votre photo se changent à tout moment.
Profil → Modifier mon profil → Supprimer mon compte. L'application vous montre d'abord ce qui part et ce qui reste, puis demande une confirmation. C'est immédiat et définitif : ni vous ni l'église ne pouvons revenir en arrière.
Sans l'application, vous pouvez demander la suppression de votre compte et de vos données ici : Supprimer votre compte.

L'application est destinée à toute la congrégation, y compris aux jeunes. Nous ne demandons pas l'âge et n'enregistrons rien de particulier sur les mineurs. Il faut avoir au moins 13 ans pour utiliser l'application. Si la loi de votre pays fixe un âge plus élevé pour consentir seul à l'utilisation de vos données — jusqu'à 16 ans dans certains pays européens —, il vous faut, en dessous de cet âge, l'accord d'un parent. Un parent qui souhaite faire supprimer le compte de son enfant peut nous écrire au contact ci-dessus.
Les échanges avec l'application sont chiffrés. L'accès à ce que vous écrivez est contrôlé par la base de données elle-même, règle par règle : vos notes de culte ne sont lisibles que par vous, vos demandes privées que par les pasteurs et administrateurs, et une demande anonyme ne transmet ni votre nom, ni votre e-mail, ni votre numéro — même à un pasteur.
Aucun système n'est parfait. En cas de fuite touchant vos données, nous vous préviendrons à l'adresse e-mail de votre compte.
Si cette politique change de façon significative, nous vous en informerons dans l'application. La date en tête de page indique la dernière version.
This is a church's app. What you write in it — a prayer request, your name, your number — belongs to your life. What follows says exactly what we do with it, who can see it, and how to erase all of it. The essentials first: the app contains no advertising, no audience measurement and no tracker, and we sell nothing.

On your phone, the app keeps: the messages and Bibles you have downloaded, your listening positions, your saved items, your progress in plans, the devotions you have read, the teaching clips you have watched, your recent Bible readings, your language and your theme, and, if crash reports are on, one that has not yet been able to go. Your sign-in session is in the phone's secure storage. When you are signed in, your saved items, listening positions, progress, devotions read and notification preferences are also copied to your account, so they follow you to another phone. Uninstalling the app erases what is on the phone, though on an iPhone iOS may keep the session in its keychain.
The app asks for three permissions only: notifications; your photos, to choose a profile photo; and your calendar — when you tap "Remind me" on an event, it adds that event, and never reads what is already there. It never asks for your location, your contacts, your camera or your microphone.
A church does not run its own servers. These are the only companies that receive anything at all, and what each one receives.

For as long as your account exists, except for the following, which is erased on its own:
A REPAR application is kept for as long as you are part of the network, and erased when you leave it.
When you delete your account, almost everything goes with it, immediately and with no grace period.
When you delete your account, this remains, no longer linked to your account:
Your phone number and email address are removed from the REPAR application; it keeps the rest of what you gave in it. Emails already sent keep your name and address until they are erased. Everything else is no longer linked to your account.
They go with your account, including ones the pastoral team has already read. The church loses the memory of what it prayed for; we judged that what you wrote about your own life is more yours than ours.
Profile → Edit profile. Your first name, last name, phone and photo can be changed at any time.
Profile → Edit profile → Delete account. The app first shows you what goes and what stays, then asks you to confirm. It is immediate and final: neither you nor the church can undo it.
Without the app, you can ask for your account and your data to be deleted here: Delete your account.
For a copy of your data, a correction or any other question: support@jcdiambilayministries.org. We reply within seven days.
The app is for the whole congregation, young people included. We do not ask for anyone's age and store nothing particular about minors. You must be at least 13 to use the app. If the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing on your own to the use of your data — up to 16 in some European countries — you need a parent's agreement below that age. A parent who wants their child's account deleted can write to us at the contact above.
Traffic to and from the app is encrypted. Access to what you write is enforced by the database itself, rule by rule: your service notes can be read only by you, your private requests only by the pastors and administrators, and an anonymous request carries neither your name, nor your email, nor your number — not even to a pastor.
No system is perfect. If a breach ever touches your data, we will tell you at your account's email address.
If this policy changes in a significant way, we will say so in the app. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Programu ni kwa kutaniko lote, vijana wakiwemo. Hatuulizi umri wa mtu yeyote na hatuhifadhi chochote maalum kuhusu watoto. Lazima uwe na angalau miaka 13 ili kutumia programu. Ikiwa sheria ya nchi yako inaweka umri wa juu zaidi wa kukubali wewe mwenyewe matumizi ya data yako — hadi miaka 16 katika baadhi ya nchi za Ulaya — unahitaji ridhaa ya mzazi chini ya umri huo. Mzazi anayetaka akaunti ya mtoto wake ifutwe anaweza kutuandikia kupitia mawasiliano yaliyo hapo juu.
Mawasiliano kwenda na kutoka kwenye programu yamesimbwa. Ufikiaji wa unachoandika unadhibitiwa na hifadhidata yenyewe, sheria kwa sheria: madokezo yako ya ibada yanasomwa na wewe tu, maombi yako ya faragha na wachungaji na wasimamizi tu, na ombi lisilo na jina halibebi jina lako, barua pepe yako wala nambari yako — hata kwa mchungaji.
