Cette application est mise à disposition par une église, gratuitement. Ce texte dit ce que nous vous devons, ce que nous vous demandons, et ce qui appartient à qui.
L'application de JC Diambilay Ministries, à Lubumbashi. Elle donne accès aux messages, aux dévotions, aux plans de lecture, à la Bible, aux podcasts, aux événements et à la vie de l'église. Elle est gratuite : il n'y a ni abonnement, ni publicité, ni fonction payante.
Vous pouvez l'utiliser sans compte. Un compte est nécessaire pour ce qui vous appartient — vos éléments enregistrés, votre progression, vos demandes de prière — et pour ce qui demande une réponse de l'église.
Trois endroits de l'application reçoivent vos mots : le mur de prière, le direct, et le formulaire de signalement. Ce que nous demandons y vaut pour tous les trois.
Une demande de prière n'apparaît pas immédiatement. Vous choisissez si elle reste privée ou si elle est partagée, et si votre nom y figure ; tout ce qui est partagé est lu par un pasteur ou un administrateur avant de paraître. C'est une contrainte de la base de données, pas une promesse : une demande publique sans modération est refusée par le système lui-même.
Nous pouvons refuser ou retirer une demande. Les messages du direct peuvent être masqués. Dans les deux cas c'est une personne qui décide, et vous pouvez nous écrire pour demander pourquoi.
Les messages, les dévotions, les plans, les capsules et les podcasts appartiennent à JC Diambilay Ministries. Vous pouvez les écouter, les lire, les télécharger pour vous et les partager par les boutons de partage de l'application. Vous ne pouvez pas les republier, les vendre, ni les rediffuser sans notre accord écrit.
Vos demandes de prière, vos notes et vos messages restent les vôtres. En les partageant sur le mur ou dans le direct, vous nous autorisez à les afficher dans l'application — rien de plus, et seulement tant que votre compte existe. Supprimez votre compte, et vos demandes de prière, vos notes et vos messages du direct disparaissent avec lui.
Les textes bibliques ne nous appartiennent pas. L'application en propose cinq :
Ces deux dernières sont utilisées sous la licence Creative Commons Attribution – Partage dans les mêmes conditions 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) : https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/. Elles proviennent des fichiers publiés sur eBible.org (Neno : fichiers du 21 mai 2025 ; Mokanda na Bomoi : fichiers du 10 mai 2025). Nous les avons adaptées pour l'application : les notes de bas de page, les renvois, les notes d'édition et les marques de mise en page ont été retirés, et les intertitres sont présentés à part du texte. Le texte adapté est diffusé sous la même licence. Il est fourni tel quel, sans garantie d'aucune sorte : voir la section 5 de la licence, « Exclusion de garanties et limitation de responsabilité ».
Le crédit de chaque texte figure dans l'écran Versions de la Bible et dans « À propos », et doit y rester.
Il faut avoir au moins 13 ans pour utiliser l'application, et, en dessous de l'âge que fixe la loi de votre pays, l'accord d'un parent : la politique de confidentialité le détaille.
Vous vous connectez avec un code reçu par e-mail, avec un mot de passe, ou avec Google ou Apple. Gardez votre boîte e-mail en sécurité : qui la lit peut ouvrir votre compte.
Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte à tout moment depuis Profil → Modifier mon profil → Supprimer mon compte. C'est immédiat et définitif.
Nous pouvons suspendre un compte qui enfreint ce texte, en vous disant pourquoi. Un compte suspendu garde les messages, la Bible, les dévotions et ses propres notes ; il ne peut plus écrire sur le mur de prière, écrire dans le direct, ni réagir à une demande de prière. Une suspension peut être levée.
L'application est fournie telle quelle. Nous la voulons fiable et nous corrigeons ce que nous voyons, mais nous ne promettons pas qu'elle sera toujours disponible ni exempte d'erreurs.
Si nous le modifions de façon significative, nous vous le dirons dans l'application. Continuer à l'utiliser vaut acceptation.

This app is provided by a church, free of charge. This text says what we owe you, what we ask of you, and what belongs to whom.
The app of JC Diambilay Ministries in Lubumbashi. It carries messages, devotions, reading plans, the Bible, podcasts, events and the life of the church. It is free: there is no subscription, no advertising and no paid feature.
You can use it without an account. An account is needed for what is yours — saved items, your progress, your prayer requests — and for anything that asks the church to reply.
Three places take your words: the prayer wall, the live service, and the problem-reporting form. What we ask applies to all three.
A prayer request does not appear straight away. You choose whether it stays private or is shared, and whether your name is on it; anything shared is read by a pastor or an administrator before it appears. That is a database constraint rather than a promise: a public request with no moderation is refused by the system itself.
We may decline or withdraw a request. Live messages can be hidden. In both cases a person decides, and you can write and ask why.
Messages, devotions, plans, capsules and podcasts belong to JC Diambilay Ministries. You may listen, read, download for yourself, and share them using the app's own share buttons. You may not republish, sell or rebroadcast them without our written agreement.
Your prayer requests, your notes and your messages remain yours. Sharing them on the wall or in the live service gives us permission to display them in the app — nothing more, and only while your account exists. Delete your account and your prayer requests, notes and live-chat messages go with it.
The scripture texts are not ours. The app offers five:

They come from the files published on eBible.org (Neno: files dated 21 May 2025; Mokanda na Bomoi: files dated 10 May 2025). We have adapted them for the app: footnotes, cross-references, editorial notes and typesetting marks have been removed, and section headings are set apart from the text. The adapted text is shared under the same licence. It is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind: see section 5 of the licence, “Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability”.
Each text's credit appears on the Bible's Versions screen and in About, and must stay there.
You must be at least 13 to use the app and, below the age your country's law sets, have a parent's agreement: the privacy policy explains.
You sign in with a code sent by email, with a password, or with Google or Apple. Keep your mailbox secure: whoever reads it can open your account.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Edit profile → Delete account. It is immediate and final.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why. A suspended account keeps the messages, the Bible, the devotions and its own notes; it can no longer write on the prayer wall, write in the live chat, or react to a prayer request. A suspension can be lifted.
The app is provided as it is. We intend it to be reliable and we fix what we find, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults.
If we change them significantly we will say so in the app. Continuing to use it means accepting them.

Tunaweza kusimamisha akaunti inayovunja masharti haya, na tutakuambia kwa nini. Akaunti iliyosimamishwa inabaki na mahubiri, Biblia, ibada za kila siku na madokezo yake; haiwezi tena kuandika kwenye ukuta wa maombi, kuandika kwenye gumzo la moja kwa moja, wala kuitikia ombi la sala. Kusimamishwa kunaweza kuondolewa.
Programu inatolewa kama ilivyo. Tunataka iwe ya kutegemewa na tunarekebisha tunachokiona, lakini hatuahidi kwamba itapatikana kila wakati au kwamba haitakuwa na hitilafu.
Tukibadilisha kwa namna muhimu tutasema ndani ya programu. Kuendelea kuitumia ni kukubali.
